COURSE SUMMARY

All of Plymouth School of British Sign Language Courses are taught by teachers who have trained and qualified with the British Deaf Association’s BSL Sign Academy.

BSL LEVEL II COMPRISES OF 2 COURSES:

INTERMEDIATE ‘A’ & ‘B’

The Intermediate ‘A’ and ‘B’ Level BSL course offers you the opportunity to further develop those everyday sign language skills acquired so far and incorporates BSL grammar at a greater depth.

This course is run over two years and is divided into two 30 week sessions each consisting of 90 hours.  At the end of each year, you will have an opportunity to take an assessment of your skills and receive a certificate upon passing. Before starting this course, you must have taken and passed the Foundation A and B Level course.
